Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults aged 18 to 45 years. 2.Physically healthy, with no history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, metabolic diseases, neurological diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, or injuries. 3.Must pass the unified assessment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) operational skills. 4.Having fully understood the purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the study, voluntarily participate in this research and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having any disease that may be exacerbated by strenuous exercise. 2.Having acute or chronic pain or injury of the musculoskeletal system that restricts upper limb or trunk movement. 3.Females who are pregnant or lactating. 4.Having engaged in very high-intensity physical activity or training within 24 hours prior to the experiment. 5.Having suffered from an acute infection, or presenting with excessive fatigue or severe sleep deprivation within 48 hours prior to the experiment. 6.Individuals allergic to electrode patches or gel.
