Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 20 and 60 years, with no gender restrictions. 2.Single maxillary anterior tooth deemed non-restorable due to trauma or other causes, with an intact transgingival morphology. 3.Candidates for immediate implant placement and restoration of a single anterior tooth. 4.Intact labial bone plate with a thickness = 1 mm. 5.Thick gingival biotype. 6.Healthy peri-implant soft tissue, with no periodontal disease or periapical inflammation. 7.Good oral hygiene and non-smoking. 8.Willing to comply with scheduled follow-up visits and questionnaire assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of acute inflammation at the intended implant site. 2.Soft-tissue defects, significant gingival recession, or gingival contour inconsistent with adjacent teeth. 3.Systemic diseases or history of radiotherapy/chemotherapy that contraindicate implant surgery. 4.Parafunctional habits such as clenching or bruxism. 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 6.Physical disabilities, mental disorders, or intellectual disabilities that may affect oral hygiene maintenance or compliance.
