Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. The patient meets the criteria for difficult weaning; 3. The patient was able to move independently before admission (BI score >= 70); 4. The patient is conscious and can cooperate with the medical staff; 5. The patient and their family members have given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory system: Patients undergoing high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) and prone position ventilation; 2. Orthopedic system: Unstable fractures; 3. Nervous system: Rapidly progressing neuromuscular diseases, cervical spinal cord injury, severe traumatic brain injury; 4. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system: Hypertensive emergencies requiring intravenous antihypertensive drugs to control, acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Others: Patients with severe open trauma to the chest/rib cage or abdomen, patients with uncontrolled active bleeding that has been determined, extensive burns, during CRRT treatment, lower extremity venous and arterial thrombosis.
