Blank control group:Not chewing gum
Preoperative group:Chewing gum 10 minutes before anesthesia induction and spitting it out 5 minutes later
Preoperative and postoperative group:10 minutes before anesthesia induction and 5 minutes after fully conscious chewing of gum and spitting it out after surgery

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 18-65 years old; 2) Accept gynecological endoscopic surgery and sign an informed consent form; 3) ASA grades I-II;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Language or mental disorders, inability to communicate; 2) Preoperative sore throat or hoarseness of voice; 3) Change to laparotomy during surgery; 4) Lack of chewing gum chewing ability or gum intolerance.
