Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring video-assisted double-lumen bronchial tube (VDLT) for single-lung ventilation during thoracoscopic surgery, regardless of gender, aged 18–75 years,; 2. Patients diagnosed as meeting the criteria for lung surgery; 3. No mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4. All patients were informed of the study details prior to enrollment and voluntarily signed informed consent forms. 5. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I–III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Compression of the trachea by the thoracic aorta, laryngeal edema, acute airway inflammation, pharyngeal edema; 2. Patients with bronchial or tracheal lesions, tracheal stenosis, tracheal softening, or anatomical variations of the tracheobronchial system; 3. Limited neck mobility; 4. History of open thoracotomy, chest X-ray showing pleural effusion or possible pleural adhesions; 5. Patients with a history of hoarseness or sore throat; 6. Patients with allergies to anesthetic drugs.
