4 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 4 to 70 years old, PSG-confirmed OSA (AHI >= 5); 2.Has not received OMT; 3.Not treated with CPAP; 4.Using CPAP but with insufficient compliance, with nightly usage time less than 4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental disorders or cognitive impairments that prevent cooperation with intervention cannot be combined; 2.During the intervention period, it is planned to undergo surgery for OSA or other treatments.
