Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing PELD with LDH in the Department of Spinal Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from August 2023 to October 2023 were enrolled. 2.Patients range in age from 35 to 60 and include both men and women. The diagnosis of LDH is based on clinical findings consistent with the characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which are ultimately confirmed during surgery. 3.The surgical indication is low back pain caused by a herniated disc, often accompanied by radiation to the lower extremities, which cannot be completely relieved by conservative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were surgical site infection, history of lumbar surgery, cognitive impairment due to neurological or psychiatric illness that limited the patient's understanding of the task, poor physical condition, and any conditions that limited the rehabilitation program.
