High-frequency stimulation group:10 Hz, 250 pulses of rTMS on the affected cerebellar hemisphere, sham stimulation on the contralateral cerebellar hemisphere,standard care

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All selected cases met the diagnostic criteria for various types of cerebrovascular diseases revised at the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases organized by the Chinese Medical Association, and were confirmed to have stroke by cranial CT or MRI; ? Medical history <=6 months and stable condition; ? Persistent swallowing disorders for more than 2 weeks after stroke; ? Swallowing difficulties were observed during the Watanabe drinking test and swallowing X-ray fluoroscopy examination; ? Patients could maintain an assisted sitting position for over 30 minutes, with normal speech and cognitive functions, and were able to cooperate with various examinations and rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with other conditions that may cause swallowing disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, nasopharyngeal cancer, or laryngeal cancer; ? Patients with a history of stroke; ? Patients with contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation (such as skull defects at the stimulation site, post-ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery, or metallic implants at the stimulation site); ? Patients with unstable conditions; patients with severe cognitive impairments.
