Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: >= 45 years; (2) Physiological stage: menopause >= 1 year; (3) SUI diagnosis: ICIQ-SF score >= 1 plus a positive cough stress test; (4) POP-Q stage: <= II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Metabolic diseases: diabetes, unresolved history of gestational diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, or obesity (BMI >= 35). (2) Medication interference: use of antibiotics, hormonal medications, or nutritional supplements within the past 3 months. (3) Special dietary patterns: extreme dieting, high-protein supplementation (protein powder), vegetarian diet, alcohol abuse, or a history of smoking. (4) Hormonal status: persistently elevated prolactin (lactation period) or use of oral contraceptives. (5) Pelvic floor structural abnormalities: POP >= stage III, bladder prolapse, history of severe perineal tear repair, or prior pelvic surgery. (6) Neurological conditions: confirmed pudendal nerve injury, neurogenic bladder, or a history of spinal cord injury. (7) Vaginal microecological abnormalities: positive for trichomonas, candida, or HPV; use of vaginal medications or sexual intercourse within the past 3 days. (8) Defecation problems: chronic constipation. (9) Other symptoms: overactive bladder (OAB), urgency urinary incontinence (UUI), or mixed urinary incontinence (MUI).
