Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 60 years old; 2.Undergoing various types of elective or emergency surgical treatments; 3.Having one or more common chronic diseases in the elderly, but the condition has been stable within 1 month before inclusion and no acute attack of the above - mentioned diseases has led to hospitalization; 4.Having complete electronic medical record data; 5.Not being a day - surgery patient, and without serious infectious diseases, advanced malignant tumors (expected survival period 40 kg/m²), pregnancy/lactation and other exclusion conditions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Day - surgery patients; 2.Patients with serious infectious diseases; 3.Patients with advanced malignant tumors (expected survival period 40 kg/m^2); 7.Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
