Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 years or above, using three implant systems from France (Android), Switzerland (ITI Bone Level), and Sweden (ASTRA), all operated by the same physician; 2. In the posterior mandibular region (premolars, molars), there are two or more implants that are not continuous; 3. The implants have good osseointegration with the surrounding bone, preoperative CBCT assessment is required for a second-stage surgery to place a healing abutment; 4. The gingival phenotype around the implant is thick gingiva (keratinized gum width >4mm, thickness >2mm), no additional surgery such as bone augmentation is required; 5. The patient's general condition is good, without systemic diseases, and no history of antibiotic use; 6. The patient has good treatment compliance, a good oral hygiene status, and good oral care habits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute or chronic inflammation of the soft tissue around the implant; 2. Poor osseointegration around the implant, requiring a delayed second-stage surgery; 3. Plan for soft tissue enhancement during the second-stage surgery; 4. Individuals with poor oral habits such as excessive daily smoking (>10 cigarettes/day), periodontal disease, etc.; 5. Pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers; 6. Patients who have recently used antibiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen). 7. Poor general condition, such as uncontrolled diabetes.
