Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age greater than or equal to 65 years old; 2.ASA classification:; 3.Grades I to Ill Non-cardiac surgery patients;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to participate in this study; 2.The expected hospital stay is less than 3 days; 3.Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction and mental illness before the operation; 4.Patients with preoperative visual, hearing and language impairments; 5.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before surgery; 6.The same patient can only be included once, regardless of whether the cause of the second surgery is related to the first cause;
