Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newborns undergoing surgical treatment in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital; 2.After corresponding clinical evaluation and laboratory tests, patients diagnosed with NEC and patients with non intestinal inflammatory diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Newborns with other severe comorbidities or diseases that affect the NEC process; 2.Newborns who cannot provide sufficient clinical samples or historical data;
