Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Infants <=2 years old and weighing <=10 kg. 2.Meeting the criteria for initiating a Spontaneous Breathing Trial (SBT) (FiO2<=40% and PEEP <=8 cmH2O). 3.Pediatric patients from whom informed consent has been obtained from the legal guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of pneumothorax and requirement for thoracic closed drainage. 2.Presence of flail chest or rib fractures. 3.Contraindications for EIT implementation (e.g., pacemaker implantation). 4.Severe neuromuscular disease. 5.Severe hemodynamic instability (escalation of vasopressor dosage within 2 hours or MAP <=65 mmHg). 6.Severe dysfunction of other organs with an anticipated short-term mortality (within 7 days) or patients receiving palliative care. 7.Advanced solid organ or hematologic malignancy. 8.Participation in other clinical trials within 30 days. 9.Failure to provide signed informed consent.
