Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 14–25 years inclusive (both inclusive). 2. Informed consent: Ability to comprehend the study content and voluntarily sign the Informed Consent Form. 3. Parental consent: For participants under 18 years of age, written informed consent from their legal guardian must be obtained in addition to the participant's own consent. 4. Basic competency: Possession of normal Chinese reading comprehension and expression abilities. Group classification criteria:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of acute suicide risk (requiring immediate crisis intervention). 2. Current or past diagnosis of a severe mental disorder (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder type I, or other psychotic disorders). 3. Presence of neurological disease or developmental disorder potentially affecting cognition or mood. 4. Presence of major physical illness significantly impacting the immune, metabolic, or pain systems. 5. Meeting diagnostic criteria for alcohol or substance abuse/dependence within the past six months. 6. Currently taking specific medications that may affect the central nervous system, immune system, or pain perception. 7. Presence of contraindications for cold pressor testing (e.g., Raynaud's phenomenon, cold allergy, severe cardiovascular disease, or unhealed hand wounds).
