Gold Standard:The reference standard for this study is the clinical endpoint events objectively occurring during the prospective follow-up period (2 years). The criteria for adjudication are as follow
New ischemic electrocardiographic changes
Imaging evidence of new loss of viable myocardium or new regional wall motion abnormality

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), encompassing both acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI); 3.Underweng successful PCI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded due to poor image quality or a data missing rate exceeding 30%.
