Interventions

Experimental group 1:Intravenous injection of hydrocodone 0.3-0.5mg/kg during anesthesia induction
Experimental group 2:Intravenous injection of hydrocodone 0.3-0.5mg/kg during anesthesia induction,During anesthesia maintenance, administer 0.25mg/kg ketamine intravenously before skin incision, and
Control group:Intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.3-0.5 µ g/kg

Age
35 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy for benign gynecological diseases; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I–III; 3. Age 35–55 years; 4. Normal cognition, without psychiatric or neurological disorders; 5. No contraindications to anesthesia or analgesic drugs; 6. Agrees to receive a multimodal analgesia regimen; 7. Voluntarily participates in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with coagulation, circulatory, immune, severe liver function, cardiovascular diseases or disorders; 2. History of allergy to relevant anesthetics; 3. Chronic pain or receiving chronic pain treatment; 4. Increased intraocular pressure (glaucoma), increased intracranial pressure.
