Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-time boarding students registered at school; 2. Complete the "Standard" test within the same academic year; 3. No antibiotics were used one month before sampling, and there were no acute gastrointestinal events such as diarrhea and constipation; 4. Subjects mainly ate in the school canteen (>=5 days/week), maintained daily diet and rest for 3 days before sampling, and did not deliberately change the intake of staple food, meat and dairy products; 5. No probiotics, laxatives, or bowel cleansing preparations 72 hours prior to sampling and no heavy alcohol consumption 24 hours prior to sampling; 6.Key metadata available; 7. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotic use within 1 month before sampling, or acute gastrointestinal inflammation or infection in the current month; 2. Previously diagnosed chronic bowel disease and other diseases significantly affecting intestinal flora; 3. Long-term or phased adherence to special diet (such as vegetarian, low-carbon, ketogenic, etc.) and it is difficult to return to normal diet in a short period; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Missing key metadata, contradiction or unique assignment of sample number; (6) Non-standard samples for experimental and sequencing quality control.
