Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with stage 5 uremia who have undergone kidney transplantation, regardless of gender 2. At the time of the operation, the age was under 18 years old 3. The preoperative ASA classification was grade ?-?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Unplanned reoperation within 1 week post-transplant 2: Ejection fraction (EF) =45% on echocardiography 3: Occurrence of post-operative acute rejection 4: Unavailability of critical data in the registry
