Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 0-17.9 years with aplastic anemia and malignant hematological diseases who received allo-HSCT for the first time; 2.followed up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary transplantation; 2.Parents/guardians or patients refuse to participate; 3.Cases that are not suitable for inclusion after discussion;
