Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (AD) in accordance with the Hanifin & Rajka diagnostic criteria; 2. Baseline SCORAD (Scoring Atopic Dermatitis) score = 25; 3. Initial dose of abrocitinib: 100 mg/day, with no dose reduction during the induction remission phase; 4. Duration of abrocitinib treatment = 12 weeks; 5. Complete clinical scores at baseline (Week 0), Week 4, and Week 12, including SCORAD score, EASI (Eczema Area and Severity Index) score, and pp-NRS (Peak Pruritus Numerical Rating Scale) score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other active skin diseases except AD; or comorbidity with diseases affecting blood cell counts (e.g., infection, surgery, malignant tumor); 2. Secondary infection, ulceration, or other skin lesions at the affected site that may interfere with the evaluation of treatment efficacy; 3. Incomplete clinical data, including missing SCORAD score, EASI score, or other key indicators.
