Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Meeting the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the 2019 ESC Guidelines for Chronic Coronary Syndromes; ACS includes unstable angina (UA), non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). CCS includes: (1) patients with suspected coronary heart disease, accompanied by stable angina symptoms and/or dyspnea; (2) patients with new heart failure (HF) or left ventricular dysfunction, suspected of coronary heart disease; (3) asymptomatic and symptomatic patients with stable symptoms within 1 year after ACS, or patients who have recently undergone revascularization; (4) symptomatic or asymptomatic patients who have been diagnosed for the first time or revascularization for more than 1 year; (5) patients with angina and suspected vasospasm or microvascular disease; (6) asymptomatic patients found to have coronary heart disease through screening; 3. Those who can fully communicate and understand this study and provide informed consent; 4. Patients with Fried frailty phenotype were assessed as those in the pre-frail or frail stage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent malignant tumors; 2.Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver/renal insufficiency who require a protein-restricted diet; 3.In the acute stage of heart failure or acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure; 4.Those who are unable to cooperate or complete the experiment; 5.Use of any dietary supplements within 3 months before screening.
