18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group 1. Partcipants with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion compressing the sciatic nerve and causing lower extremity pain; 2. Conscious and able to cooperate with blood drawing; 3. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 4. ASA I-III grade; 5. Individuals and their families voluntarily participate in this project. Control group: healthy individual

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 2. Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has been operated on; 3. Uncooperative for blood drawing; 4. ASA > III; 5. Individuals and his/her family refused to participate in this project.
