Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for infertility and the indications for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) treatment; having no previous experience with IVF-ET treatment; (2) Completing the entire IVF-ET treatment cycle during the observation period; (3) Voluntary participants in this study; (4) Possessing a smart phone and being proficient in using WeChat functions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history or current mental illness; (2) Patients who have undergone in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the past; (3) Those with other underlying diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, endocrine disorders, etc.; (4) Those with an educational level of primary school or below; (5) Those who do not use smart phones or are unable to learn online.
