Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 8-10 years old at baseline survey 2. The development of secondary sexual characteristics has not yet entered the second stage of Tanner 3. The child and guardian agree to sign the informed consent for the follow-up investigation 4. There is no transfer plan within 2 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tanner Phase II has been entered at the time of baseline investigation 2. Those with abnormal physical development (such as dwarfism, gigantism, etc.) 3. Those with physical disability and deformity, such as severe scoliosis, chicken breast, lameness, etc 4. Those with major organ diseases (such as heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, etc.) 5. Those with endocrine diseases, such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism or insufficiency, other endocrine diseases, etc 6. Those who do not agree to participate in the secondary sex screening and follow-up survey
