60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Elderly population aged >=60 years; 2, No major mental illness and able to walk independently for more than 20m; 3, Somatically debilitated elderly population as FFP score >=1, i.e., including the predebilitated elderly population; 4, Cognitively debilitated elderly population assessed for overall cognitive functioning using the MMSE based on the standardised scores of = 1 point, or a determinative judgement by a physician with 10 years of clinical experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with major mental illnesses or end-stage diseases.
