Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: Traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria are based on the "Diagnostic and Efficacy Evaluation Criteria for Stroke (Trial Version)" established by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine's Cerebral Disease Professional Committee in 1996. Western medicine diagnostic criteria are based on the diagnostic criteria outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2014)." 2. Early rehabilitation is conducted within 1–4 weeks after the onset of cerebral hemorrhage; 3. All cases are confirmed as cerebral hemorrhage by cranial CT or MRI; 4. Age is between 20 and 80 years old; 5. Vital signs are stable, no mechanical ventilation is required, and no blood purification therapy is needed; 6. Patients voluntarily participate in this study, their family members sign an informed consent form, and they are able to adhere to the treatment regimen.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without cerebrovascular disease who experience impaired consciousness due to other conditions, such as traumatic brain injury or metabolic encephalopathy; 2. Patients diagnosed in traditional Chinese medicine with stroke characterized by organ dysfunction, primarily manifested by cold limbs, limb weakness, closed eyes and open mouth, involuntary urination and defecation, weak pulse, and a shriveled tongue; 3. Patients with contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, such as untreated pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, active bleeding, high fever, infectious diseases, hypertension, or retinal detachment; 4. Patients with a history of pacemaker implantation for arrhythmia who cannot undergo neurophysiological assessment in the future.
