Interventions

Modified group:After exposing and mobilizing the SVG, ligate the collateral vessels in situ
after complete dissection and ligation of the SVG, do not transect it temporarily, and harvest it only when preparing for grafting.
Control group:After exposing and mobilizing the SVG, immediately transect and remove it, ligate the collateral vessels followed by pressurized distension, and then place it in preservation solution fo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease, who have undergone coronary angiography before surgery, have indications for CABG surgery, and are willing to receive CABG; 2. Patients requiring the use of the great saphenous vein as a CABG bridge; 3. Patients who agreed to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are intolerant to CABG or refuse CABG; 2. Patients who cannot use the great saphenous vein as a bridge due to varicose veins or other reasons; 3. Patients with poor compliance or refusal to enroll.
