USG: Multiple stone extraction channels are sequentially established during PCNL for complex renal stones:The PCNL tract is established sequentially.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form; 2. Preoperative thin-section CT assessment with S.T.O.N.E. score =7 indicating that multiple tracts were likely required to achieve stone-free status 3. Generally healthy adults aged 18–70 years with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification =2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital renal anomalies, previous renal transplantation, or urinary diversion; 2. Patients who have taken anticoagulant medications preoperatively or have coagulation disorders; 3. Patients with severe pulmonary or cardiac dysfunction, as well as vital organ failure, who cannot tolerate the surgery.
