Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pre-existing chronic renal dysfunction (evidenced by abnormal baseline serum creatinine levels or documented medical history), maintenance dialysis, or post-renal transplant status at admission. 2.Patients with missing clinical data or incomplete key indicators (e.g., serum creatinine, urine output) precluding AKI diagnosis and staging. 3.Patients with hospitalization duration <24 hours or those for whom active treatment was discontinued immediately after admission.
