Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are between 18 and 75 years old. Clinically diagnosed with a tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness that is not under control; 2. Other diseases requiring long-term use of high doses of glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants; 3. Allergy to macrolide antibiotics; 4. Known acute or chronic active HBV or HCV infection requiring non-nucleoside antiviral treatment; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Use of other macrolide antibiotics within 3 days prior to enrollment; 7. Any medical condition, treatment, or abnormal laboratory history, or existing evidence that the investigator believes may confound the study results or interfere with the participant's ability to complete the study.
