18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 59 years; 2.Confirmed as colorectal cancer by histopathological examination; 3.Within 1 year after initial treatment; 4.Employed or self-employed, and has worked in the past (leaving work after illness), and has not returned to work at present; 5.Patients and their families are aware of the disease; 6.Conscious and voluntary participation in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other severe physical, mental and cognitive disorders; 2. Survival <6 months;
