Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select the birth or corrected age from 1 to 6 months; 2. If a cranial MRI examination has been completed within one month after birth and conditions permit, another cranial MRI examination can be conducted at six months of gestational age. 3. At least one GMs should be recorded each during the twisting movement stage and the restless movement stage. 4. The guardians of the children patients voluntarily participated in this study, had good compliance during the study process, had complete clinical data, cooperated in the follow-up until the age of 1 to complete the Chinese version of the Griffiths Development Scale-Chinese Edition (GDS-C), and could complete the follow-up process as prescribed by the doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Where the date of the mother's last menstrual period is unclear; 2. Those with brachial plexus nerve injury; 3. Those with clear hearing and visual impairments who are unable to complete the motor development assessment; 4. Those with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; 5. Have congenital skeletal and muscular developmental diseases; 6. Those who have been clearly diagnosed with malignant neurological tumors.
