Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First Stage: Questionnaire Development Phase Experts: (1) Hold an associate senior title or above; (2) Have at least 10 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, maternal and child health management, or related fields; (3) Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher; (4) Priority will be given to those who have experience in questionnaire development or evaluation; (5) Able to fully participate in group discussion meetings. Pregnant Women (participating in the pilot testing of the questionnaire): (1) Currently pregnant; (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Capable of independently reading and understanding Chinese characters, and able to complete the questionnaire independently; (4) Voluntarily participating in the study and having signed the informed consent form. 2. Second Stage: Questionnaire Survey Phase Pregnant Women: (1) Currently pregnant and receiving prenatal care at the obstetrics clinics of three hospitals; (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Possess basic ability to read and understand Chinese characters, capable of independently completing the questionnaire; (4) Voluntarily participating in the study and having signed the informed consent form. 3. Third Stage: Qualitative Interview Phase Pregnant Women: (1) Have participated in the second-stage questionnaire survey and agreed to take part in follow-up interviews; (2) Have experience using or understanding AI-based prenatal services; (3) Able to express themselves clearly and willing to share personal thoughts and experiences; (4) Have signed the interview informed consent form. Healthcare Providers: (1) From the obstetrics clinics of two hospitals, including clinical doctors, nurses, midwives, and other relevant roles; (2) Have at least 3 years of experience in maternal healthcare management; (3) Familiar with the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare services; (4) Voluntarily participating in the interviews and having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Phase 1: Questionnaire Development Stage Experts: (1) Those unable to attend the on-site discussion meeting; 2.(2) Those whose professional fields are not relevant to this research. Pregnant women: (1) Those with severe pregnancy complications or those requiring hospitalization; 3.(2) Those with mental disorders or obvious cognitive impairments and unable to express themselves independently; 4.(3) Those with visual or hearing impairments that significantly affect the quality of questionnaire completion. Phase 2: Questionnaire Survey Stage, the same as Phase 1. Phase 3: Qualitative Interview Stage Pregnant women and medical staff: (1) Those who do not accept audio recording; 5.(2) Those with language or expression disorders that affect the smooth progress of the interview; 6.(3) Those who withdraw from the study during the process or fail to complete the main content of the interview.
