18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 75 years; (2) Histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of colon or rectal cancer; (3) Presence of distant metastases confirmed by CT or MRI, including but not limited to the liver, lungs, peritoneum, ovaries, distant lymph nodes, bone, brain, and adrenal glands; (4) Documented KRAS/NRAS mutation as identified by genetic testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete medical records; (2) Concurrent other primary malignant tumors; (3) Presence of MSI-H identified by genetic testing or dMMR by immunohistochemistry; (4) Pregnancy or lactation; (5) Severe complications or comorbidities, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic or renal insufficiency, etc.
