Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ILD patients: HRCT has imaging manifestations of pulmonary interstitial lesions such as grid-like, honeycomb-shaped, ground-glass shadow, traction bronchiectasis, etc., which are jointly judged by the imaging department and respiratory physicians. Pulmonary ventilation function tests show restrictive ventilatory dysfunction and/or diffusion dysfunction, and the specific classification is further clarified according to the relevant examination results combined with the disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines. 2. Healthy control group: healthy adults, no previous malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, hematological and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Chronic airway disease, interstitial lung disease, and other lung diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with interstitial lung disease 1. Combined with malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, hematological and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with chronic airway disease and other lung diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumothorax, and pleural effusion.
