Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Nurses with experience in pulmonary rehabilitation in thoracic surgery, who have obtained the nurse's professional qualification certificate; 2 Have worked in the thoracic surgery position for more than one month (>= one year); 3 Are able to cooperate actively and conscientiously, and complete the training tasks positively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Since joining the company, I have never participated in pulmonary rehabilitation work for patients. 2 Those who are unable to fully participate in the training due to illness leave, resignation, etc.
