Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 22 to 79; 2.Undergo a colonoscopy; 3.Complete cognitive function (MMSE score >=27 points); 4.Voluntarily participate and complete the follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Organic diseases (intestinal obstruction, intestinal stenosis/perforation); 2.Organ dysfunction (severe chronic renal failure (eGFR170 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg), pregnancy/lactation); 4.Bleeding risk: Coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.5), use of anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs within 7 days; 5.Dysphagia; 6.Mental illness; 7.Refuse to cooperate with the research;
