Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients with genetically confirmed SMA types 2 or 3. 2. Age 5 months to 18 years. 3. Already receiving maintenance-dose nusinersen or risdiplam at enrollment. 4. No history of other genetic disorders. 5. Written informed consent provided by the child’s legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe comorbidities deemed unsuitable for rehabilitation therapy. 2. Patients unable to comply with home-based rehabilitation.
