Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy complications group: Singleton pregnancy, 20-36 weeks of gestation, meeting one of the following diagnoses: Gestational hypertension: Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Hypertension Diseases of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association Hypertension first occurred after 20 weeks of gestation in 2020, with systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg. Gestational diabetes mellitus (IADPSG standard, with one abnormal OGTT); FGR(Fetal estimated weight 95th percentile) 2. Control group: Healthy pregnant women (age +/-3 years, gestational weeks +/-1 week matched)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple pregnancies; 2. Fetal structural malformations; 3. Severe infection or immune disease of the mother
