Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-40 years old; 2. Self-report the history of the first acute ankle sprain one year ago; 3. Within the three months prior to the study, the same ankle has been sprained twice or more; 4. Within six months prior to participating in the activity, the same ankle has experienced at least two instances of relaxation or "displacement" symptoms. 5. The score of the Cumberland Instability Scale (CAIT) is less than 24 points; 6. I have never received any balance training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any self-reported known neurological disorders that significantly affect motor control, other than CAI (e.g., cerebellar diseases, cerebral palsy, stroke, dementia, etc.); 2. History of lower limb surgery or fractures; 3. Currently, I am in another rehabilitation intervention program.
