Experimental group:On the basis of routine care, the digital intervention platform for home-based motor rehabilitation of stroke patients is applied for intervention.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke patients (diagnosed by CT or MRI); 2. Age >=18 years old, =2 points; 4. Vital signs are stable and the condition is stable. 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 6. The patient or their family members are proficient in using Android system devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Loss of consciousness or accompanied by severe cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with mental illnesses; 3. Patients with tumors undergoing palliative care, those with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and those with other diseases that affect the patients' exercise rehabilitation.
