25 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 25 and 55; 2. It was diagnosed as stage II periodontitis according to the classification of the American Periodontal Association (AAP) and the European Periodontal Association (EFP) in 2018. 3. Self-report no history of alcohol abuse; 4. Self-reporting that one has never smoked or has quit smoking for more than six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Special dietary preferences, pet feeding, systemic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, etc.), salivary gland diseases, oral mucosal infectious diseases, untreated dental caries or pericoronitis, and the use of antibiotics or hormone drugs within the past 3 months 2. Received periodontal and/or OSA treatment within the past month.
