Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Crohn’s Disease (Guangzhou, 2023) and the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (Xi’an, 2023), and be diagnosed with moderate-to-severe inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). (2) Patients with moderate-to-severe IBD: CD patients with a Best CDAI score > 220 or UC patients with a modified Mayo score > 5. (3) Patients who received upadacitinib (UPA) treatment and followed up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose follow-up duration was less than 4 weeks from the start of upadacitinib (UPA) treatment, regardless of whether they continued taking UPA or not.
