Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Above 18 years old; 2. Clinically and pathologically diagnosed with bladder cancer (NMIBC or MIBC), and planned to receive/are currently receiving/already received the following immunotherapies: immune checkpoint inhibitors (PD-1/PD-L1, etc.) / BCG system treatment; 3. Good compliance and willing to cooperate in sample collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with severe uncontrolled underlying diseases or acute infections; 3. Patients who cannot understand the purpose of the study or refuse to comply with the study requirements; 4. Those without legal capacity or whose legal capacity is restricted; 5. Researchers judge that the patients have poor compliance and cannot cooperate in sample collection; 6. Any medical history, as judged by the researchers, may interfere with the test results or increase the risks for the patients.
