Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. On-the-job clinical department nurses with at least one year of working experience; 2. No previous history of mental or psychological disorders; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have not engaged in clinical nursing work for more than three months due to the performance of tasks, sick leave, or personal leave; 2. Standardized training nurses and visiting nurses.
