18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-80 years; Weight >=40kg and <= 100kg; 2) Septic patients admitted to the emergency ward and EICU from October 2025 to September 2028; 3) Sepsis should be diagnosed according to sepsis3.0;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Consent cannot be secured from participants or their legally authorized representatives. 2) Patients or their agents opt to forgo treatment (exception: patients will not be excluded if they are willing to receive all supportive treatments except for resuscitation attempts in the event of cardiac arrest). 3) Moribund patients with an anticipated survival time of less than 24 hours. 4) Patients with potential malignant tumors or other diseases, with an estimated life expectancy of less than one month. 5) Currently suffering from alcohol dependence. 6) Patients with a previous history of liver cirrhosis (regardless of the cause). 7) Recipients of liver transplants. 8) Patients undergoing long-term dialysis. 9) Recipients of kidney transplants. 10) Pregnant or lactating women.
