18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 <= age <= 85 years; 2.Newly diagnosed mediastinal lesions, recent onset of respiratory symptoms such as cough, expectoration, chest pain, or shortness of breath, or radiologically detected concurrent pulmonary lesions, requiring biopsy; 3.Pathologically confirmed malignant tumor after ultrasound-guided transbronchial cryobiopsy; 4.Patients who are informed and able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative CT or intraoperative bronchoscopy indicates pre-existing tumor invasion in the airway adjacent to the cryobiopsy incision site; 2.Concurrent performance of other biopsies that may cause needle tract seeding (e.g., forceps biopsy) during ultrasound-guided transbronchial cryobiopsy; 3.Inability to cooperate with the study for any reason or determination by the researcher that the patient is unsuitable for inclusion.
