Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The chief complaint is radiating pain in one lower extremity, with or without numbness and weakness in the lower extremity and feet. 2. Lumbar MRI confirmed L4/5 or L5/S1 protrusion, and the symptoms were consistent with the imaging examination. 3. The straight leg raising test on the affected side was positive. 4. Age 18 to 70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery or lumbar spondylolisthesis (grade II or above); 2. Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis presenting as intermittent claudication; 3. Reduced US imaging image quality: Thick gluteal muscles or subcutaneous fat, after hip joint prosthesis implantation or hip joint degeneration; 4. Lower extremity vascular diseases, lower extremity osteoarthritis and other diseases that affect thermal imaging evaluation; 5. Sciatica caused by severe diabetes, polyneuropathy, trauma, tumors, cysts or piriformis syndrome. 6. Mental disorders, etc., unable to cooperate to complete the examination.
