Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for wind heat closed lung syndrome of Mycoplasma pneumonia; 2. Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for mild cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia; 3. Aged between 3 and 16 years old; 4. Not using macrocyclic lipid antibiotics from onset to admission; 5. Sign an informed consent form and be willing to cooperate with the examination and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with organic lesions and other severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems 2. Children with systemic diseases; Children with mental illness 3. Allergy to the drugs used in the study.
